The private construction enterprise group plays as an important part in Chinese construction market and grows gradually under the special policy conditions of china. This article firstly studies the development stages of the private construction enterprises, indicates the characters of each stage, then analyses the necessity of the organization structure reforming specifically within the developing private construction enterprises, from the perspectives of organization, transaction cost analysis and the needs of industry development, finally suggests the essential reforming methods to the developing private construction enterprises.
