The Value Analyzing Approach of Urban Infrastructure

Generally,the urban infrastructure is an important carrier that can support social development and natural environment of the city.Firstly,Value Engineering is a valid method system that can meet the technique and economic requests and provide reference for the construction and developments of the urban infrastructure.The value analytical model is set up based on investigating and transacting abundant data concerning urban infrastructure evaluation with complexity and systematic features,urban infrastructure modernization,humanism habitation construction in the city and urban infrastructure construction management etc.Secondly,a great deal of reference documents can make up study shortage on sustainable development of urban infrastructure.The evaluation of the urban infrastructure can be connected with sustainable development closely on a strategic view,and the comprehensive evaluation based on sustainable development can be carried out.Thus the function and cost index systems that satisfy the sustainable development can be set up according to the various related experience.The evaluation method based on value engineering theory could effectively evaluate the urban infrastructure developing status and provide scientific guide for city planning,construction and management.Finally,demonstration of Beijing infrastructure evaluation based on sustainable development is put in practice,and we can fred the value level of Beijing infrastructure is in medium or lower than the average through further analyzing the total value structure.
