摘要

The development of the property market and economic development are inseparable.China's economic development imbalance between the levels of development determines the regional real estate market.This paper analyzes the cycles and magnitude of Shanghai and Heilongjiang through the use of the diffusion index and multi-dimensional linear return,The result of the model indicates that the development of China's real estate market presence more prominent regional development cycle inconsistent.On the basis of the conclusion,the identical policy of the real estate market which our government prefer in recent yeats are undesirable nature.The study supports that the policy should be made according with the true situation in the region,aiming to develop a regional real estate development stage control policy.
