摘要

Chinese construction market has been gradually opening and uniformed since 1990s under the administrative interference of the government. But the opening market and levels was blindfold due to lacking of scientific analysis on the special features in producing process and the structure and mechanism of construction market. Through theoretical analysis of the characteristics of producing process and transaction of construction products, this paper puts forward the principle that Chinese construction market needs to be reasonably opened and properly protected. And the principle would be realized by the administration in different levels that are classified by the product types and the qualification of companies. That means, an opening and uniform market should be established on the general contract of construction engineering. However, the subcontract of labor should be protected according to different geographical areas. Thus, the market mechanism would play its role in an orderly construction economy.
