In order to improve the quality of scrambled image,the paper puts forward composite discrete chaotic iterative system, when the chaotic select sequence that makes from 0 and 1 is uniformity, it's output key is distributed independently and identically. Encrypting the image by using the key and selfadaptive image scramble algorithm can get a satisfying result.When the length of the entire key is more than 128 bits, the encryption system is very strong under attack. It also brings forward an image adaptive scramble algorithm, the algorithm uses the order of a half image pixel values to scramble the other half image pixel values, which makes the scramble result is more security than normal algorithm, such as Arnold algorithm.
