Internet usage is increasing very rapidly. Increased usage of IP telephony and internet is increasing the need for unique IP addresses. IP address can be reused by using Network Address Translators (NAT). NAT is used for reusing IP addresses by connecting a series of nested private networks to public network under a single public IPV4 address. STUN and TURN protocols are used to identify the hosts behind NAT. The current system allows TURN client to communicate with multiple peers. It allows TURN client to send duplicate data packets corresponding to each peer in-order to multicast or broadcast data. Proposed method explains a mechanism to send a single data packet to the TURN server which can be duplicated and multicast to specified peers or broad casted to all the registered peers to that client, which reduces power consumption and bandwidth usage.
