This essay sums up the application and the advantages of project management mechanism in small and Medium-sized publishing house in China. The author points out that in accordance with the computer popularization in common people, small and Medium-sized press may face the digital gap they hardly leap over. So, how does the small and Medium-sized press change itself to fit the internet trend is an important problem. In essay, the author mentions to utilize the project management mechanism to solve the difficult and particularly depicts five aspects of project management in publishing-creation-aiming control system, quality management control system, talent management system and investment control system and benefit control system.
