The goal factors of reconfiguration in the power system is to increase power quality such as voltage profile improving and power loss reduction by changing the switch in the system to determine a new optimum topology. The distributed generation is also one effective solution that has been integrated into many studies to achieve the above objective. Time-consuming is one of the considerable issues that many presented algorithms have not been achieved. Therefore, regarding this issue, the fundamental loop has been proposed in this modified switch opening and exchange (MSOE) method to reduce searching space in the iteration searching process. In each step of the searching process, MSOE observes that if any switches within the same loop of the obtained tie are deleted to avoid opening those switches in the next iteration by considering about radiality purpose is that there would be necessary to open one and only one switch in a loop.
