We formulated the Composition C-4 by the organic solvent-free water slurry coating (OF-WSC) method using a polyisobutylene (PIB) emulsion and oligo-isobutylene (OIB) oil and sequential extrusion process of resulting molding powders completed as a shape of demolition block. The manufactured blocks were investigated for requirements for being used as a composition C-4 based on the military specification. And the additional exudation test and sensitivities against impaction, and friction were measured for comparing those of properties with the existing method.
