Nowadays, begin increasing gradually deep searches on Brain Computer Interface (BCI) technologies by Academic Institutes and Research Laboratories with newly technological advancements. However, This research area needs still low cost solutions in order to become widely research topic all around the world. There are leading important reasons at that point which The used equipment is expensive and professional utilities. Many parameters of them are not allowed to changing flexibly in point of increasing effectiveness. In this paper, we cover the developing a low cost and productive BCI hardware and performance results over commercial grade counterparts. In this work, we also developed an active dry electrode which is based on a special pin which is called the pogo pin. Finally, In order to test the developed equipment, the EEG measurements are implemented in Real-Time. The Result shows that The System is able to manage near results to the commercial version while is maintaining reasonable price and providing more portability over them.
