Technological prerequisites for designing the automated control system (ACS) for the technological process of production of the high-strength fine-grained concrete on the local fibrous basalt wool wastes (FBWW) are presented and justified in this article. The local basalt wool wastes (LBWW) consist of fibrous (FBWW) and powdered (PBWW) basalt wool wastes. The first type of wastes is inherently a dispersive-reinforcing component for concrete; the second one is a mineral fine-dispersed additive. These wastes are by-products of the local company Paroc, LLC, located in the town of Redkino, Tver Region, Russia. The company produces basalt wool for thermal insulation products. A number of experimental studies were carried out in this paper. Because of it, the effective concept of the ACS for the process of preparation of the high-strength fine-grained concrete on the local FBWW was developed (ACS “FBWWC”), which takes into account all the features of the preparation of the fiber-reinforced concrete mix on the FBWW and other raw materials. The concept of the ACS “FBWWC” is expressed by the scheme of information logical connections in the formation of the structure of the fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC) considered in this paper and the optimization algorithm for the mineral skeleton in the form of a block diagram. The most important stages in the preparation of the production of a FRC mixture were taken into account: FBWW dosing, their effective introduction into the concrete mixture and its subsequent homogenization. In accordance with the proposed concept, the system should ensure the optimal level of automation of the production of high-strength fine-grained concrete on the FBWW in order to achieve the most efficient operation of the control facility.
