摘要

An active 700-2500 MHz multiple beam antenna system for SingleRAN based on 4x4 Butler matrix combined with TR module is designed and implemented. The phased array system is based on 16 antipodal Vivaldi elements in 4x4 planar array structure which optimized to operate at 700-2500 MHz frequency band. The active part of this phased array system employs 4 T/R modules for giving bidirectional signal amplification as well as phase shifting of received and transmitted signals. T/R module combined with wideband 4x4 Butler matrix will provide best links adapted to user distribution by simultaneous multiple beams. This active 700- 2500 MHz antenna system is proposed for affordable SingleRAN solution for multisystem and multiband BTSs for GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE and Lower or Mid-bands of 5G.
