Software Calculation and Research Optical Transfer Functions of Matrix Photodetectors

The questions of the software choice for mathematical modeling methods of finding optical transfer functions for matrix photodetectors are considered in the paper. This is done to teach students educated on the Optical-electronic Devices and Systems engineering specialty. The choice of software is justified. The results of engineering calculations are given. The influence of color interpolation on the space-frequency properties of the matrix receiver with new color separation patterns is considered on the basis of the color system conform with the CIE XYZ of the year 1931. The introduction of information technologies in the discipline of the specialty is justified.
