The article examines the impact on the thermal efficiency of condensing power station of the absorption heat pump connected to the turbine-regeneration system K-300-240-2 at KhTGP (Kharkov Turbo Generator Plant) operated at rated capacity. The circuit solution on the location of the heat pump circuit in relation to the conventional power unit of condensing power station (CPS) with 300 MW capacity including arrangement of the evaporator on the service water pipe lines system and the heat pump condenser in the regeneration system of K-300-240-2 turbine plant of KhTGP is offered. The article describes results of numerical studies and analysis of the thermal efficiency performance of CPS with lithium - bromide absorption heat pump (LBAHP) for different energy efficiency ratios of the cycle. Characteristics of average annual changes for heat-economy figures of thermal power plant are given. Conclusion of the proposed circuit solutions utility is made.
