摘要

In this article, the improvement technique of gas duct cavity of heat engine using gas flow numerical modeling is considered. This technique allows studying gas flow features, as well as determining hydrodynamic loss values. Modeling gas flow in the duct is based on the Navier-Stokes solution of the Reynolds-averaged equations. According to numerical modeling and the change of duct cavity shape correspondingly, we get its configuration, which meets requirements to ensuring increase of technical, economic and environmental features of heat engine.
