On nonstationary optimal measurement problem for the measuring transducer model

In recent years, applications of mathematical results in the solution of technical problems is becoming an increasingly extensive research area. The theory of optimal measurement of dynamically distorted signals is an example of this approach. In this paper, we consider a nonstationary problem of optimal measurement. To study this problem, we use the approaches developed for equations of Leontief type, i.e. systems of differential equations, unresolved with respect to the derivative. We consider the problem of optimal nonstationary measurements. This change of the measuring transducer model allows describing the degradation the measuring transducer.
