摘要

This paper presents a new rotor position estimator for Doubly Fed Induction Motor (DFIM) based on carrier signal injection. This method uses a new way to extract the frequency component of the current signal, in which contains the rotor position information also a new method to estimate the position and the speed of doubly fed induction motor shaft. This estimator allows to have a better accuracy in the transient phases. In order to implement this estimator, a sensorless control structure based on stator field-oriented control is investigated in which two voltage inverters are used to supply the stator and rotor sides. The simulation results implemented on Matlab/Simulink show effectiveness under various operating conditions (Low speed, nominal speed and high speed).
