The article describes sensorless energy-efficient control system of the sucker-rod pump, which is based on polished rod load calculation from electrical parameters of prime mover asynchronous motor. The sensorless method of computation and stabilization of dynamic liquid level in the well is proposed. The principles of energy efficient control system in sensorless mode for the sucker-rod pump via regulation dynamic liquid level in the well are shown. From the side of prime mover the Kalman filter algorithm is used to observe the necessary variables for electromagnetic torque calculation. The motor torque makes it possible for polished rod load and dynamic liquid level estimation. The vector system of electric drive allows to provide energy efficient laws of control. The efficiency of proposed sensorless control system for the sucker-rod pump were confirmed by the simulation results.
