This paper presents a novel feeding network for circular polarization. A circular polarized dual band MIMO antenna is proposed. The proposed array consists of four low profile subarray. The subarray consists of single antenna unit. Each antenna unit consists of a port which is coupled to power splitter, working as feeding network. The size of single unit of subarray is (81×86×3.048) mm~3. The MIMO antenna achieved 7.5 dBi gain at 8.2 GHz center frequency. A hybrid ring feeding technique is used for power splitter with 90~0 phase shift which provides circular polarization. In medical field high data rate for non-invasive blood sugar monitor can be achieved due to MIMO antenna techniques.
