Digital transformation aims to help Human Resources (HR) management to achieve his strategic goals. It improves the time, the costs, the methods and the quality of HR services. The modern company performs digital transformation for practically all HR activities, hiring, compensation, assessment, Workforce planning and training. In this paper, we aim to determine the different digital transformation types in the HR field. Hence, this article is an attempt to identify and analyze seven HR digital transformation roadmaps (Four are specifics to e-HRM, Smart HR 4.0, HRIS and Cloud computing). In our study, we try to know and describe the principal steps and the essential elements of a roadmap in this field.
