摘要

The loss of the inverter has a direct impact on its safe and reliable operation. If the loss is too large, the junction temperature of the power device will increase, and on the other hand, the power utilization rate will be reduced. Research shows that DSVPWM strategy can effectively reduce the switching loss of inverter. Based on this, this article first gives a brief introduction to the principle of DSVPWM strategy. Secondly, a closed-loop control method is proposed according to the power factor angle of load side, and the loss and junction temperature of DSVPWM are calculated and analyzed. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
