MEMS plasmonic switch with stripe plasmonic waveguide

摘要

We designed the new plasmonic switch that combines a stripe plasmonic waveguide and MEMS. On-off extinction ratio and mechanical modulation resonance frequency was numerically estimated to be 10 dB and 70 kHz, respectively. We confirmed the displacement of moving part depending on applied voltage.
