摘要

To study the distribution of graphene conductivity, big data was applied. The basic structure and properties of graphene were introduced. The changes of the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of graphene with the frequency of light source, Fermi level, temperature and other parameters were analyzed. An analytical model for the study of the conductivity of graphene was established. The results showed that the conductivity could be adjusted by changing the doping level of graphene. Therefore, graphene has potential applications in the fields of sensing and spectroscopy.
