This paper proposes design, simulation and analysis of a novel space-time-frequency block coded Vector OFDM scheme robust to multipath Rayleigh fading. The code is carefully designed to extract diversity gains in time, frequency and space dimensions along with signal space diversity. This characteristic makes this code a suitable candidate for communication systems with high reliability. The performance of the proposed code is analyzed under time and frequency selective Rayleigh fading channels. It can be observed that the proposed code outperforms the existing space-time block coded and space-frequency block coded Vector OFDM systems.
