With a large number of distributed generation access and the gradual implementation of various demand-side response projects, distribution network planning has been challenged to a certain extent. A coordinated planning method of the distribution network of source-grid-load considering multi-party interaction and demand-side response is proposed. In this paper, firstly, the planning and decision-making models of the DG (Distributed Generation) investment operator, the grid investment operator, and power users participating in DSR (Demand-side Response) are constructed separately. Then, the bi-level programming model is solved by combining the improved adaptive genetic algorithm. An IEEE33-bus example system verifies the correctness of the model and algorithm. The coordinated planning method reasonably determines the response plan of power users participating in DSR, realizing win-win benefits of "source-network-load" and promoting the optimal utilization of resources.
