With the deepening of power reform, power grid construction faces new challenges. To further improve grid investment efficiency, it is urgent to establish a more effective benefit-oriented grid benefit evaluation mechanism. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation method for the benefits of power grid enterprise is proposed which could avoid the interference of decision-makers' subjective factors. Firstly, an evaluation index system is constructed, and the projection pursuit model is used to analyze the sample data. And then, based on the linear decreasing weight particle swarm optimization algorithm, the projection index optimization model with the best projection direction as the objective function is constructed to determine the index weight. Combined with the grey relational theory, the projection value is used as a metric to obtain the comprehensive benefit evaluation value of the grid enterprises in each region. Finally, the effectiveness and reasonableness of the evaluation method is illustrated by an actual case.
