With the rapid development of smart buildings,bilateral transactions can be conducted among multiple smart buildings for optimal investment and operation. This paper investigates the optimal planning of interconnected smart buildings with bilateral transactions. A two-stage decentralized robust planning approach is presented. The first stage is a multiagent coordination planning problem to min imize the social cost. The analytical target cascading (ATC) and column-and-constraint generation (C& CG) methods are introduced to consider the privacy protection and uncertainty of photovoltaic and loads. The second stage is a market-clearing problem to balance the investment and operation cost among multi-stakeholders. To ensure a fair benefit-sharing, the Nash bargaining solution (NBS) is adopted to achieve the Nash equihbrium (NE) in the second stage. The simulation results show that the proposed framework can minimize the social cost and benefit all smart buildings through bilateral transactions.
