Integrated energy system requires considerable financial investment and facing various risks come from energy price fluctuation. Taking an integrated energy station project in a business district in Shanghai as an example, a sensitivity analysis of the selling prices of cooling, heating and power products that affect the economics of the project was carried out. The research results show that the selling price of cold energy in the price of secondary energy products has the greatest impact on project income. On account of multi-factor sensitive analysis results combined with an actual project, we indicated that the two-factor sensitivity analysis can provide a basis for judging the linkage mechanism between the cooling and heating load metering fee and the price of gas and electricity.
