摘要

A dual laser cantilever enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy detection system is proposed to simultaneously detect H2 S and CO. A beam combiner is used to combine the laser sources for the two gases detection into the photoacoustic cell, and distinguish the photoacoustic signals corresponding to the gas detection according to the different modulation frequencies, and finally simultaneous detection of two SF6 decomposition components is realized. Under the condition of single component and mixed component, the linear relationship between the different concentration of each component and the photoacoustic signal under its detection wavelength and frequency is studied through experiments, which proved the effectiveness of the detection method.
