摘要

In order to improve the adhesion of UV curable coatings on galvanizing steel sheets, the surface pretreatment processes of galvanizing steel sheets were investigated by a confocal Raman spectroscopy and an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The adhesion performance and corrosion resistance of the chromazing and silanizing sheets were investigated in comparative study. The results showed that a compact network structure silane" film was generated on the surface of galvanized steel sheet after silanizing treatment. The silane film can restrain the electrochemical reaction and enhance the affinity binding with organic coatings. The silanized galvanized steel sheet exhibited better adhesion of UV curable coatings and corrosion resistance than chromazing one.
