Study on Human Resource Quality Promotion of Rural Female and New Countryside Construction

摘要

Rural female human resource is an important component of rural human resources, whose quality can directly influence the developing speed of new countryside construction. Although in recent years there has been some improvements in rural female quality, it still bears a great distance from the requirements of new countryside construction. This essay analyses the significance of promoting rural females quality in new countryside construction, and builds up a set of promotion system of rural female human resource from aspects such as cultural quality, employability skill and sense of self-strengthening etc., which would be beneficial for new countryside construction and agricultural economy development.
