E-Government Website Evaluation and Case Study

摘要

In this paper, an evaluation index system of e-govemment website is established. The weight of each evaluation index is calculated by AHP combined with Expert Scoring. After a questionnaire survey, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted. A case study of Shanghai municipal government portal has been taken for analysis. And the results obtained suggest that the public's evaluation of the website.
