Research on Law Approaches to Improve Urbanization Construction Management

Urbanization is the necessary condition to realize modernization. Ever since the year of 1978, especially after the proposition of urbanization strategies, China had experienced a rapid development in both the speed and level of urbanization construction. However, during this process, some problems had surfaced in the field of management, such as unreasonable city plan and design, disorder of the management system, and arbitrary violation of civil rights etc. There are various reasons for those problems. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the law approaches to improve the construction management of urbanization. By practicing construction management of urbanization legally and soundly, these problems will be solved effectively.
