Analysis on Dynamic Measuring Progress Effectiveness of Comprehensive Action Quality of Enterprise Leaders

Enterprise leaders' action quality is not an abstract factor, which must be reflected on the dynamic change of evaluation units. It will make the evaluation of enterprise leaders effective to measure Progress Effectiveness (PE) of Comprehensive Action Quality (CAQ), depending on Two-time Relative Evaluations (TWRE) which reflects subjective efforts of enterprise leaders and Three-time Relative Evaluations (THRE) regarded as technical evaluation indexes, adopting the method of Data Envelopment Analysis.
