摘要

As an effective mathematic tool to deal with the vagueness and uncertainty, the rough set theory has got much attention in the fields of artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, knowledge process and so on. But in human resource management, it is rarely applied. In this paper we apply the association rules based on rough set to make the assessment and selection of human resource in firms. The procedure indicates that the approach is practical and effective.
