摘要

The primary problems in the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises are the management, the performance evaluation and the alteration of the mechanisms. In this paper, according to the characteristic of the statistical data in China, the data warehouse management system which adapts to the management of the enterprise performance evaluation indicators has been developed using the technique of data warehouse. On this platform, with the examples of 16 large scale state-owned steel enterprises, the Balanced Score Cards and the Analytic Hierarchy Process which are popular on the international have been used to analyze the change of the structure and the traits during the different periods of each enterprise. In terms of the traits, the corresponding industry policy can be made, and it is very convenient for the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
