This paper presents two tools that can be used to control airport noise in accordance with the balanced approach: the Indicator of Sonorous Unbalanced (ISU) and the Sensitivity Coefficients. The ISU is a value representative indicator of how an airport is disaccord in relation to its ideal condition. The goal of ISU is to help in identifying those airports that need to prioritize actions for mitigation of noise from aircraft. Sensitivity Analysis in airport noise control are driven on basis of comparative analyses, between the results obtained in acoustic simulations of alternative sceneries and a scenery of reference, having for selection criteria, rates of noise impact on the population. This paper presents the sensibility coefficients in airport noise as support tool in decision-making processes in Sensitivity Analysis, in the context of the management of the noise in of airports. Three stages were developed: The first one treats the choice of airports was used to SII tool. The second seeks to identify the most relevant models of aircraft on the noise discomfort. The goal of this step is to select, which aircraft or groups of aircraft must be subject to priority changes or operational restrictions. The third step treats the selection and evaluation of operational restrictions to be adopted with respect to the control of noise.
