摘要

Application of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) automobile at home and abroad is introduced. The property of HP295 hot rolled steel sheet and effect on formability property of LPG steel cylinder used for automobile are studied. As a result it is concluded that non-metallic inclusions distributed accumulatively in steel bring about formability property lower. High R and low triangle openR values are gained by the measured of low silicon smelting and in control of morphology of non-metallic inclusions in steel. Yield to strength ratio (os/ob) of steel sheet is reduced and coarsening ferrite grain in steel. The formability property of steel cylinder is improved by control of finish rolling temperature and coiling temperature.
