Little literature was found when this paper was written to address and guide todays organization to successfully manage the digital transformation process. This paper aims at establishing, connecting, and proposing new approach of digital transformation through the change management lens. This paper proposes a change management approach tailored for successful digital transformation within the organization. Some of these ways are through two phases. Phase 1 is understanding and assessing the change impact within the organization. Also, in phase 1 looks at how resilient organization can drive change from within through the six dimensions of digital transformation. Phase 2 involves planning and implementing the understood change impact from phase 1. Phase 2 looks at some of technology implementation challenges, some successful digital transformation examples, and how to measure the organization during the change management journey. Dividing the change process into two phases allows the organization to learn and adopt better for the future Digital Transformation journeys.
