The Fanya network platform covers integrated teaching design, teaching resource application, teacher-student interaction, and teaching effect analysis. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods, this paper conducts research on the application of Fanya network platform to courses of basic fashion design. In terms of teaching design, each unit inserts 6–8 minutes of micro-lecture videos to allow students to preview in advance; teaching resources are integrated into video resources such as fashion conferences, and the video accounts for 22.22% of teaching resources; teacher-student interaction is set up for classroom online rush answer and checkpoint games to increase students' interest in learning; the teaching effect analysis platform integrates all data, teachers monitor the teaching effect in real time and adjust the teaching progress and teaching methods in time. Students learn the course content through online and offline methods, and study the course of the target class the blended learning on the Fanya network platform accounts for 77.27% of the total score of 80 points or more, which effectively improves the teaching quality of basic fashion design courses.
