The paper discussed tire's temperature rising mechanism when vehicle driving in steady state, namely the relation between tire stress-strain and tire's temperature field. Tire is composed of rubber-the most important ingredient-and various composite. Robber's viscoelasticity characteristic bring hysteresis loss when tire is rolling and heat generates in tire's interior. The amount of hysteresis loss is related to tire stress, displacement, friction coefficient, contact area, Motoki's heat exchange performance and tire's rolling resistance coefficient. The change of these parameters will directly lead to the change of tire's temperature. Authors actually measured some passenger cars' tread, interior and crown's temperature. On base of test data, authors analyzed tire's real temperature condition and driving speed's impact on tire's temperature and got relations between driving speed and tire temperature.
