How Committed to Process Safety Is Committed Enough? - Doing Process Safety Cultural Communication (PSCC) As the Inevitable Ethical Dimension for Vision 20/20

Within this paper, some attempts to explore the eligibility of a heart surgery to CCPS Vision 20/20 would be made. Vision 20/20 includes 5 industry tenets and 4 societal themes, and one tenet Committed Culture functions as the heart of Vision 20/20. In the author opinion, however, Vision 20/20 has a congenital heart disease i.e. ethical dimensional vacancy, which could be traced back to CCPS 4 Pillars/Temple model. At 9~(th) GCPS, the author successfully did a similar heart surgery to CCPS 4 Pillars/Temple model, and the Temple model was successfully upgraded to Egg. And this time, the author would do a similar heart surgery to Vision 20/20 and some post-surgery advices about living styles of Vision 20/20 also recommended.
