摘要

This paper studies the technologies of deep deoxidation, deep desulphurization and low N steelmaking based on EAF-LF-CSP in Zhujiang Steel. By using of these technologies the content of [O], [N] and [S] can be reduced less than 25ppm, 70ppm and 50ppm respectively. Some other problems such as the low recovery rate of the Ti microalloy, the instability of the mechanical property and the nozzle clogging during casting are solved. As a result the recovery rate of Ti microalloy is controlled around 67%. And based on this technology the Ti microalloyed steel with yield strength of 450~700Mpa is developed successfully.
