Application and Development of Clean Steel Production Technology in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.

摘要

For improving steel quality of CSP thin low carbon slab, technical measures have been taken at No.3 plant of Handan Iron and Steel Group CO., Ltd. The increased carbon has been reduced from 0.02% to 0.01%, the proportion of silicon content lower than 0.03% is 72.4%, the average of phosphor content is about 0.011%, the average of sulfur content is about 0.011%, and the average of oxygen content is about 38ppm.
