Effects of deoxidization using complex ferro-alloy Fe-Mg-Al on cleanliness of liquid steel and mechanical properties of SS400 steel have been studied. The Results show that the size of silicates and the amount of the inclusions in the studied steel decrease, the tensile strength and yield strength of the products increase and the percentage elongation is kept almost same.
