In order to realize the continuable development of Chinese cement Industry, our strategic concept is, taking the energy and resource saving and continuable development as its core, to upgrade the technical and economic index in compliance with world advanced level and achieve the target of high quality cement, large-scale equipment and large-scale cement production group, thus restructure the Chinese cement industry to a rational industry. Cement is a kind of traditional and big consumable building material which shall not be substitute in short term. Since the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese cement industry has been developed in a very fast pace and got a lot of achievements. In recently 2～3 years, the NSP line has been unprecedented developed. In the era of new economy, the cement industry has god-given development opportunity, at same time is confronted with crucial challenges of resources and environment, the competitiveness from the international market and the improvement of society. To achieve continuable development, Chinese cement industry must conduct restructuring work by promoting the popularity of NSP lines and realize clean production. Meanwhile, the cement production must enter into the ecological stage and take part in the international communication, collaboration and competition!
