Supply Chain Management (SCM) has become one of great management changes. The changing circumstance, sharp competitions, renewing products and so on have forced enterprises to change management mode from planning and controlling to focusing on predictability and flexibility. But the separation between technology and management, the limits of IT application are confusing the enterprises. The aggregate integration management of SCM could make enterprises know how to achieve strategic fit in some certain circumstance. To know about the aggregate integration, it is important to rethink the existent business models and information handling models. The purpose of the integration is to build some type of operational system, which can react to the dynamic, sharp changing or unsteady outside environment promptly and maximize the value-added of the resources owes to the enterprise. The integration focuses on human resources, aided with measures of IT, applying modern managerial theories and methods to achieve some certain objects coordinately. The way to integrate includes the technology integration, the personnel integration, the organization integration and the coordination of the three. It needs to combine all the separate processes as one whole, and progressively build up the intelligent information system for the whole supply chain and the operational circumstance for the virtual enterprise.
