摘要

In this paper, the physical essence of accumulation variable is analyzed and studied intensively on the basis of accumulation variable method, the essential condition and sufficient condition of validity of looking ahead constraints are given out. The problem of choosing objective time period is solved by modeling, without avoid loosing control of variables in dynamic optimal dispatch, which makes accumulation variable method more practical.
