Decommissioning Situation and Management Policies of Uranium Tailings Impoundments in China

摘要

With the decommission or closure of uranium mills,remediation of the tailings impoundments has become a major concern in terms of effect and financial costs.This paper gives a brief discussion about uranium tailings impoundments management situation and an analysis of the technical policies and environment control standard in China.
