Solutions of geometrically non-linear tasks concerning post-buckling behavior of sandwich panels with thin metal skins and lightweight filler loaded by compression and shear flows are shown. Based on obtained solutions methods of aircraft structures sandwich panels design based on post-buckling state with acceptable global buckling in case of ultimate loading are suggested.
